Today on Easter Sunday, thanks to heads-ups from Mike and Sean, I was able to catch Norfolk Southern train 937 climbing Linden Hill. Power was a single D9-44CW and the train was camp cars for Maintenance of Way workers. There was also a dining car for the workers and a lot of track equipment. You can hear #9911’s Nathan P5 horn sounding for a private crossing near the end of the video. Unfortunately, my camera card filled up so I didn’t get pictures of all the interesting cars. Additionally, my video camera started to get jostled by the wind mid-train (I need a new tripod) so I cut the video short as well.
