After heading home yesterday morning after seeing Norfolk Southern 212, I received word from Bobby Allison that a high and wide special was heading west on the B-line so I had to make another trip down to the tracks. NS Train 054 had a couple high and wide loads with a Kasgro caboose. Railroad photographer Jim Stanton indicates the oversized loads are heading from North Carolina to the Panda Hummel Station Power Plant in Snyder County, PA for the conversion from coal to natural gas.
