Empty Hopper Trains on the B-Line

Lately, Norfolk Southern has been running some empty coal hopper trains west on the B-line. They used to mainly run up the Shenandoah Valley Line north from Roanoke, but perhaps due to crew availability they have been running a couple per week via Lynchburg, Manassas, and out the B-line.

Unfortunately, I didn’t capture video of these trains, but here are a couple of photographs:
