Thanks to my friend Paul up in Hagerstown, I got word that Norfolk Southern train 203 had #1070 (the Wabash Heritage Unit) on it. The SD70ACe Wabash unit was sandwiched between a pair of SD60Es to make an all EMD consist. A photo and video of the train in Rectortown, Virginia along the NS B-line are below.
